He fixed the god awful mess the contractor left me with in a timely fashion and I've not had a problem since.He guarantees his work and answers your calls. I've called with questions about plumbing problems that I could handle, and he graciously helped me over the phone. After all the problems I had remodeling my home Eric was a godsend. He is very reasonable in what he charges for his work. I would not use anybody but Eric for any plumbing needs, he is that great.I would recommend him to anyone and I do. In this day and age it is very hard to find someone who takes pride in their work and runs their business with customer satisfaction as their priority. His professionalism is excellent.
